Items purchased from Nowhere Collective Shop will be shipped by each individual REmaker you have supported. Therefore, your order may arrive in multiple packages. The REmaker(s) will email you a tracking number for each shipment as soon as that REmaker mails your order. Domestic shipping (US) is included in the price of your items. We are not currently shipping internationally. You order will be cancelled and refunded if you provide an address outside the United States.

Every product in the Nowhere Collective Shop is handmade by skilled craftspeople using reclaimed materials. Some REmakers create products in advance and can ship out relatively quick. Some REmakers only create products after they have been ordered which takes time to do before shipping out. These items and their expected delivery times will be clearly noted on each respective product page. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of shipment tracking number for that item. Refund-eligible returns include: (1) items which arrive damaged or broken, (2) items which do not match photos and descriptions listed in the shop, or (3) items which are otherwise unusable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items which are damaged during the return shipment are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Once item is returned to the REmaker, Nowhere Collective will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and confirming the reasons for refund with the REmaker. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days after receiving approval from Nowhere Collective, and depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Because our REmakers are often transforming irregular reclaimed materials for their finished goods, it is likely that every product will have variations from others like it. These variations are to be expected in upcycled goods and make these products special. We welcome you to embrace these differences as part of the creative process, in what we like to call One-of-a-Kindness.

Because our online shop is managed by Nowhere Collective but products are fulfilled by the individual REmakers, you may receive communications from both us at Nowhere Collective and the REmaker in charge of fulfilling your order. This may be more communications than you are used to for online shopping. We want to ensure all parties are aware of the status of every product’s order.
