Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange

The Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange (CCRx) fosters creativity and environmental stewardship by reimagining and redistributing surplus. CCRx designs and creates a variety of products such as zippered pouches and tote bags from upholstery samples and imagination journals from specialty papers and deconstructed binders. In addition, CCRx designs creative reuse kits in which the supplies and instructions are provided and the creation can be done on your own. Kits include: recyclo pencil cases from banner vinyl, shape robots from election signs, super crayons from - surplus crayons!
